By accessing PCCSETX.com, purchasing a membership, attending an event, participating in club activities, or engaging with The Platinum Brotherhood Podcast, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Membership
Membership is a privilege and not a right.
The Platinum Cigar Club reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership at its sole discretion.
Membership Fees
Membership dues, event fees, and other charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Members are responsible for maintaining current payment information.
Club Conduct
Members and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.
The Club reserves the right to remove, suspend, or terminate any member or guest for:
• Harassment
• Threatening behavior
• Illegal activity
• Disruptive conduct
• Discrimination
• Damage to property
• Conduct detrimental to the organization
Events
Members and guests participate in events voluntarily and assume all risks associated with participation.
Platinum Cigar Club does not own or operate the cigar lounges, restaurants, venues, or facilities where events may be conducted.
The Club acts solely as an organizer and community organization.
Third-Party Venues
The Club is not responsible for:
• Venue operations
• Venue policies
• Food or beverage services
• Smoking policies
• Parking issues
• Property damage
• Injuries occurring on venue property
Podcast Participation
Participation in The Platinum Brotherhood Podcast is voluntary.
Opinions expressed by guests do not necessarily represent the views of Platinum Cigar Club, its officers, directors, sponsors, partners, or members.
Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, graphics, videos, podcast content, written content, and club materials remain the property of Platinum Cigar Club unless otherwise noted.
Sponsors and Partnerships
Sponsorship relationships do not constitute endorsements.
The Club is not responsible for sponsor products, services, representations, or claims.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platinum Cigar Club, its officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in club activities.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
